Yes, I know it has been far to long since my last post. There is good reason for this. I am now the owner of the Driving School that I was working for, yeah!! And when it is summer, well I just don't even have time to think. I have not scrapped a thing or designed all summer, and yes I am so missing it. I will be back to making and designing here soon. I have however been able to take a peek at the blogs that I follow and you are all just still so amazing :)

My Drivinng School is, " Cruisers Driving Academy", I am using PT Cruisers as my training car. The students are just loving it. You can find my on fb.

My first baby girl is married

She is married...... and I will be an Oma this coming fall... I am so excited.. No I don't like grandma. I liked grammy but my daughter did not. So I will be Oma, thought about Nana but Kenns mother is already that and well that would be to confusing. So I will settle for Oma, unless I hear something better?? I will post some pics soon.

Now that the wedding is done I can get back to my scrapbooking. I have almost completed my lo for my first class that I am teaching as well as a card. Have a set of paper piecings for a client almost done as well.

Weddings can drive you crazy......

Yes, you read it right, I think the whole family has went nuts!! And to think I have three girls to do this to me...... cry..... ;( Okay over that, you are really here for your free file. So I have this simple but fun little tub. Add a rubby ducky and some bubbles and of course a tear bear.

I almost have my beginners pages done for my first class. It is realy a hard thing for me to do. I want to keep adding stuff to the pages. I will be so glad to move on from beginner to intermediate to advanced. I will show you when I am done. :)

My daughter is getting married this next week, so when I said I would post some more files as well as convert more that I already have, well I didn't expect I would be this busy. But hang in there and I will bring more.

I am also working on a set of pages that I will be sharing the how to's at our lss. I have been asked to teach beginner and intermediate and advanced techniques in scrapbooking. I will start with our beginners. Classes will be starting in May. Fun and exciting for me. As well as I will be packaging and selling my Tear Bears as a local artist at the store. Oh and my paper piecings too. So I will be busy. I will still share with you all. ;)

Oh I could not get it to convert into an svg. I will try again later. I did do a jpg. that you can print and trace though.

Tear Bears

Here is the customer order that I was working on in between working. The pics are not the best, as it was dark out already when I took them. I will get some better ones later.It was hard to get done as I was working 12 hour days. But I did it. :) I am hoping my customer loves it. I think I will add a few more paper piecings to it.

The blocks are 3.5 x 3.5. The little blankie is fabric. I also am including a couple charms.One full size tear bear and two peek-a-boo's.

As to my converting I will get some more done soon. I had one of my best and pervious customer contact me and ask me to make her a paper piecing set with bears. So in between work that is what I have been up to for the last few days. Remember I homeschool as well, so there are only so may hours in my days. I do however wish someone would invent a way to stretch them out...lol......

My students have been great. I received another sweet gift from a student, she gave me a movie ticket. I thought that was realy nice. And my boss bought me this really pretty bouquet of flowers. Did I tell you they also blessed me with a new phone, and are paying the bill, I was WOWED! If that isn't a word well it's my word. ;) As for my adult students, my last just passed with a 90%. I have a new one that should be testing in about three weeks. I also will be starting another adult tomorrow at 6:45. Then off to an all day with my students.

I have adult drives in the mornings and then teach my younger ones and then off to work I go again... Really it is a blessing to be able to have this work. But I must say I do miss my craft time. But I will get a couple days during Spring break and that is when I will hopefully have my first set done.

I have to give a big thank you to my husband as he helped me to understand how to use this zip file. I am now going to be going through and and changing all my files to offer you all file types. Be patient as I will be able to do one or two a day.

On a personal note my sister who lives in Oregon may move to live by me. She is very lonely all by herself there. I am really hoping she does! We have had our ups and downs but what is love if we can't forgive and go on loving eachother, right? Isn't that what we are to be is a light of love to the world? I really think a lot of us need to look closer to home and fix those area's then maybe we might have an effect on the world, kwim? As I have one finger pointed outward to you, I have several pointing right back at me...lol...so you are not alone. We all have relationships that could be better. Bitternes will only swallow the one holding it. ;) Try and reach out to just one relationship today, and may it be blessed!

Like I said I am closer to getting more file types. Sorry it is taking a while as I have to figure this stuff all out and feel confident in what I am doing. Once I do it I will go back and try and re-do all my files one a day or something like that. I am still working on a new release set too. It isn't like anything that is out there already, meaning not bears. I love bears too, but there are lots out there already, kwim? So stay tuned. I am trying for a Spring realease.

Face Book has been fun...

It really has been. I have gotten in touch with family that I really have not ever gotten the chance to know. I am really excited about that. Due to the fact that I was a child that came from an abused background and was taken from my parents and well the rest of the story is that I never got to really have my family in my life. I have been blessed to have the Lord as my daddy, my loving husband and great kids that all love Lord as well. But there is just something in our nature, put there by God to belong to our very own family, to belong and be wanted. I have also been blessed to have my husbands family in my life, most are great...lol.... So this is fun and excitting for me. I do have family that I have been able to be around and blessed with, but because of circumstances I have lots of family to get to know. Okay enough of that, here is what you were after, right? ;)

This would be really cute to add some little flowers to as well.

Hope everyones week is going well. Not to much happening in my world, I do however have an adult drive today and they always prove to be eventful...lol... really driving an adult is harder to teach. Some of you might be wondering an adult that doesn't know how to drve?? Well they are from differnt countries, so in their cultures they didn't have to. NO I have not yet taught an American adult, I do have one though that is needing some helps......got a call and this company wants me to evaluate one of their drivers and fix some problem areas, so we will see how that goes.

Remember if you need another file type let me know I will make it for you. I use a Pazzles so I either will make it an ai file or the wpc file type. But I know with in my programming I can make more types as well as I have down loaded Scal and have made successful files for scal. Oh, I could even break the file apart and make it a jpeg for those doing it by hand.

I was at another blog one day and the person was giving away files for free unless you wanted another type like for the Pazzles or KNK and charged them......amazing. All mine are free at this time. I am getting ready to put together a set for sell and it will have a really cute chararter...fun, can't wait. It will hopefully be done in time for spring! Just not enough hours...;)

Starting a new class today. Some changes coming to our school. Here in Washington a few schools were chosen to participate in a new program with the state. When a student takes our written final and passes the first time they will no longer have to take the written at the DOL, just the drive. So that is a new and exciting addition to our school as we believe, not certain yet, that the other school was not chosen. We have a very up to date cirriculum and simulations. Any how that is the news in my world.

I know I am not the only one out there in Blog Land that is. :) Just don't give up on me as I will not abandon my blog, as I love doing this. Just a season in my life that I have to fit this here and that there. I have had encouraging words to keep bringing the files. I sure wish I would hear from some of you that are down loading them, because I would have to agree with others who give away freebies. We need to hear from you an encouraging word now and then. I have had some fun talking to some old high school friends on facebook. More of us are locating one another. There are three of us that hope to get together this Spring and have lunch and just get reaquainted. So that will be some fun. As well as I have a date to see some of my family too.

Sorry to have been out of the loop for a few days. I have been busy with life. Having fun connecting with family,church family and old school friends on facebook. I think it can be a bit addicting at first but I am sure it will wear off. I have done some scrapping for my classroom, so it hasn't all been unproductive. Just don't think many of you would be interested in signs for your files...am I right? I made several more and they are being laminated.

I am still working on the layout with my tree's. I have a few more drawings that I hope to put out soon. Some of you may already have some labels, but I love to collect all kinds and use them for card, photo mats, back drops for a layout. So these are some that I found and made into my own cutting file. I love funtime software for this very reason.

Okay so what is she all excited about?? I got my tree into my Pazzles software. It didn't come out right when I scaned it in, but I used the tools to fix it. So I just had to share it with you all. Mind you I just threw these together for you. I built three different types of tree's out of this pattern too. In the down load you will get all to build these tree's. Have fun with them. Oh, and I am using them in a layout now. So when I finish I will show you.

I have decided that Facebook might be fun. I found a lot of reletives that I don't get to other wise talk to much so it might be a great thing to keep in touch. But boy I could just get lost there....lol...I have my girls to show there mom the way around though. ;)

It's Almost Christmas

I just can't believe that it is almost Christmas....someone said to me the other day about something happening next year and I was taken back to think, ya it is almost next year.....WOW!

Not lot's going on, just getting finishing touches done. I will be making some more cards for Christmas today, and if they turn out nice I will show you....lol... I plan on using some of my paper piecings, it will give you an idea how you can use them too ;)

I will be off for the next two weeks and I plan on getting some scrapping done as well as some bears. I haven't made a bear in a while and I have all these cute dress idea's that would be great for winter. So my plan is to make one a day....we will see...lol...

Okay so I have to keep telling myself that I will learn this code thing....but oh my word!! I had the header all done and hit the wrong key and POOF! gone. Is everyone ready for Christmas

have been really busy gettting the last minute things. I am sure you have too. Just ended another class and they all passed well. Makes a teacher feel pretty good when you see your class get it. Drivers Ed today isn't what it was for many of us that are putting our teens through it. The final it's self is 86 questions.

On another note I have been playing around with making a new blog background and it is stressing me out a bit. I am not that techy, so it takes a lot of hit and miss. I won't however use this blog to do it. I made a practice blog....lol.....

I did however stumble my way through making a svg file out of the train and sent it off to one of my followers. I hope it worked. Please if I ever make one that does not work let me know and I will redo it.

Good Morning.....a train cutting file for you.

Not much going on here in my world, just the same ole thing. I do however love my night drives with the students as I get to look at all the beautiful light displays that people are putting up. There is this one that is so great. They have it hooked up to a radio station and the lights go off and on like a dance all over the yard to the music...it is great!!

Started a new job!

Yes you read it right, a new job. No, I haven't stopped my Driver's Ed, I just added another job. I am now offering my cleaning services. I use to clean homes years ago. I decided to start that up again, doing just one a day. Well I got a call, and a company who has apartments answered,long story short I now clean them when people move out. Start my first one today. They aren't very big but they will be detail cleaned. I might take on a couple more companies, I think I like the idea of cleaning and empty place vs. a full one for the same fee.

Any ways keeping with the festive time here is another file for you. Remember I can get you one in other file types if needed. You will need to add some detail lines. Remove the stars and add some dots?? Up to you.

A candy cane for your cutting file library

Just playing around this morning and having coffee. trying to make Christmas things to use for cards and pages. Also working on Maranda and Emma's posters for the parade float. We have a Christmas parade here and our 4-h group is going to have a float, so I am making the posters for the sides of the truck. As well as Emma is in the childrens choir and she has to preform before the parade. Lots to do!!

I have been busy making cards

So I have been up to making cards for Christmas with my daughter Maranda. We are having a great time. So I haven't had a great deal of time to make cutting files. I have been making each card design into sets (making more than one). I have three almost completely done. I have to put the greating on one of them and then I will show it to you. But theses are two that I have done. I just wish I would have remembered to iron the ribbon on the one, UGG!! But I am sure the receiver will still enjoy it.

Also if you like Christain Radio and don't have a station in your area if you scroll down and to the right there is a link that will take you to one that is in my area and you can listen on-line. I have it partially figured out!

Thanks to a friend (Kimm ;) across the states I have figured out how I can give you an svg file. But I am not going to at this time be able to have it for instant down load. In time yes. As soon as I figure out how to list all file types at once....lol....but any how if you are interest in a svg of any files you will need to e-mail me. I will then send it to you. Make sure you put in the subject what file you are wanting. So if you go to my contact me at the top of the page it will take you to my e-mail link.

So are you all ready for the family, the cooking? Me,partially, still have to get a couple things make the pies today. I or should I say my son, makes fresh pumpkin pie. We use real pumpkin in our pies. Hey I was watching a cooking show and did you know that most canned pumpkin is yellow squash with pumpkin?? That is why someones fresh made tastes so different.

So I may not get on in a couple days with the family and the shopping on Black Friday. Yes, I am one who gets up and goes real early to the stores...lol....hey you get some really great deals. but who knows I might need to escape...lol......

Good Morning to you all!

Well I was just sitting here reading posts and the news. I like the posts much better....lol....Looking out the window of my new scrap room and thinking of all the wonderful things that I can be thankful for. With Thanksgiving this week, it has settled upon me the need to look at the positives over the negitives. I think we tend to do that to much in our lives, giving over more power and energy to negitive things.

Thanksgiving just happens to be our favorite holiday around here. It comes with family gathering without expectations and disappointments that can come with Christmas at times. Not that there is a lot of that around here, just that it can happen. So I hope you all with look to the positives this day and enjoy your family and friends this Thanksgiving. :)

Now on a creative note. I have some Christmas items coming up for you. I did put together my turkey, but I created the elements out of order so I will have to make him and post a pic if someone wants. I just hate when I do that, then I think I don't want to go back. So I have a few things that I have made that are like that...lol....and me likeing order, I just can't bring myself to post them. I know that are still usable and that you all would ge thte idea...well any way here is a Christmas stocking for you to use.

We are moved!!

What a blessing to be moved and almost totally unpacked. I even painted my craft room. I have to color the rest of the house still, it is all white. The craft room however looked like the yellow of dewalt tools, YUCK!! It was so terrible. So I guess the whole house wasn't white. 3 out of the 5 bedrooms were other than white.

So now I have to do some catching up and see what everyone has been creating. I get so inspired by all of you.

I have this branch for you to use. I have had questions if I could put them up in svg's? But I don't know how to do that one. I can do a gif, ai, wpc and a couple others. If someone would share with me what to do, I would be more than happy to list all types.

Here I am this morning playing around again. Basically I have been challenging myself to get this machine all figured out. Why have this wonderful machine and not find out what is all capable of,right. And you all get to be benifactor's. ;)

I don't have to go to work till this evening, so I think I will be able to get some scrapping done. I know, I know but I am moving? Well I am not going to be able to really get moved till this week-end, so I plan on playing part of the day. I was on a design team when I moved last time and they didn't like I packed my scrap room so soon, and maybe they were right. ;)

Oh, and about this house I will be able to have my own room again instead of sharing the family room area that I have right now. That is so EXCITING!!

Just having my coffee this morning and thought I would share another free file. I love differnt types of pumpkins. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. It comes without the expectations of Christmas with good food and family around.

Now as to the moving... we are still waiting to get into the house. The people who were renting the house are taking a while to move out. We are still in the middle of the paper work and talking over our prospective new home. It will be a great last move for us. Though it needs some yard work and some paint inside (white walls, YUK!) it will be a great home. It has this huge shop and you can just imagine Kenn is very excited. So if you pray, please pray that we get moved soon. Hope all is well out there with all my blogger friends.

On a creative note. I haven't made any new bears still have some I made this summer and haven't listed. Not sure if I will get them up any time soon. I am also in the middle of designing my daughters wedding invitations. I will show you all as soon as I get them done. ;)

Work is going well, my students are great! I have done 8 of my required teachers continued training, and have another 8 to go. I believe I may be driving to Olympia, Wa. to do them on Friday. I will have to leave really early in the morning, like 3 am. Yes I will need prayer...lol.....

I have been playing around with digital scrapbooking lately, Not that I am turning....lol....I just wanted to make some layouts that a paper scrapper might want to scraplift, use for templetes. I haven't chosen gray scal as I wanted to give you a bit more. I am new to digital so it is taking me a while to educate myself. Kimm (a friend) can just whip this stuff out she amazes me with her computer knowledge,I wish she lived close. ;)

Okay this was challenging for me.......lol... I was wanting to make a Designer Scrapbook Sketch for my followers. This is my very first one ever. I will be using bears in my sketches as I love to make and sell my Tear Bears, but a person could use just about any paper piecing. You could add elements or take away, change paper colors if you would like too.Just hope to spark your paper piecing projects.

There are many paper piecings out there, I have a few of my favs listed to the right. If interested in a bear let me know I do custom orders.

Well my daughter has set a date for her wedding, Jan. 9, 2010. We are very pleased with the young man that we will be giving her away to. He loves the Lord first of all and just loves and adores her. He will be a very welcome added son to our family. Now I have lots to do. I have to make wedding invites...YIKES! No bears she say though....lol.....they could be cute I tell her. But I am sure my fingers would be dead....lol...can you imagine tearing that many bears.

Cutest Pumpkin In The Patch Tear Bear

This pumpkin turned out really cute! I made this bear with brown eyes instead of the blue. He/she will be on Ebay hopefully by tomorrow as well as some embellies to go with, just had to give my followers a sneak peak.

Work is going well, slowed down as I have said already. Now I plan on getting into my scrapping again and creating for Ebay customers. I also have some fun things in store for scrapbookers coming soon, so be on the look out. :)

New Boutique Fabric Dress Tear Bear on Ebay

I got another bear done with some extra's. She turned out really cute with her girly fabric dress and bows in her hair. I decided to offer the title banner and some flowers too. I like things in sets. None of the embellishments are attached so that they coud be placed where the crafter would want them.

Good Morning All!!

I just had to pop on and show you what I did with one of Lisa's Patterns. These are decorations for our fair stalls, my children show sheep. The theme was Baaaaa....d Enough To Wear Pink with a 50's twist. My daughter played with the photo's and I put these together. I thought they turned out real cute.

Today will be a fun day for me I get to spend some time scrapping again. I have almost put together an embellishment set for scrap pages. I will hopefully have it done today if not tomorrow. ;)

I Won Best Of Show

Just had to share where I have been for the last week. I won Best Of Show at the Fair....yeah!! I had entered a set of 6 note cards.

My daughter won First(YEAH!!) in both her Sheep Classes as well. We did really good this year. I don't have the pics from the fair yet as my camera decided to die, and my friend has the pics still. But as soon as she sends them to me I will share. I took thee with my dauhgters camera once we were home.

Life is slowing down now that the fairs are over. Work has slowed as well. So that means I will get to have fun creating again. I have plans to do more scrapping and have joined a couple of scrap sites to get my own picturs scraped.

I added a few fun things to share on my blog that I thought scrappers and card makers alike might enjoy. As well as it just puts it all right there at a click of a mouse for me. :)

Oh, ya I might get to go on a scrap get away as well, I hope it works out that I can go. It will be at the end of Oct.

Sunshine Tear Bear Embellishment listed on Ebay

I have been telling you that I have bears just waiting to get listed. Well I finally got it done, well at least one of them....lol... She is so sweet and I have her captured using a piece of MME Laundry Line,she would go so perfect with this paper.

She could also be used for some of the Orange and other friut layout's.

I hand sew all my dresses and add detail.

Well I am really happy that I will have more time again to do my scrapping, now that summer is over. I have all these idea's and just can't wait to get them on paper...lol.. I have one more fair that will be this week. I will also be entering one of my cards in the fair, so wish me luck!!

Needing Help Please....

Okay the skinny is that I was wondering if there are any of you out there that might help me out. I have fianlly talked my boss into redecorating the school room and office( Driver's Ed.) Any how in the process I had made these three signs that I plan on laminating and hanging around the class room. But I want to surprise my boss with all of them at the same time. But I am limited on time.

So my question is can any of you help by making me a sign and sending it to me?? I will do the laminating and putting in the eyelet to hold them.

Here is what I did... I took the back layer of 12 x 12 cardstock (textured) and just used my corner rounder on it. Then trimed off a 1/4 in on the next 12 x 12 and layered it. Then I made my flagger, light ahead and so on.....

I will be needing only one of each. I need them to be in the same sizing that I made. 12 x 12. Colors need to be as true as possible. I would like them to be textured as well, but beggers can't be choosers I know....lol.....

Birthday Invitation using a digi stamp

Okay, I just had to share this card that I made into a set of birthday invites for my youngest. I did do up the inside too, but I wrote my personal info so I am not showing it, sorry.. ;)

I used a sketch from Inky Impressions challenge this week and tweaked it a bit. I used lot's of layers and the papers are from the sweet stack by DCWV. I haven't been able to buy myself copics yet but I am saving. I did however use my SU pens with a blender pen. Flowers and the "it's a party" are popped.

I have been MIA Bad blogger

I have been so busy with work and then we had fair for a week. Ugg!! Sorry for being MIA.I am home and life should slow down here in a bit. I have pics of the girls with their sheep that they shown and sold at fair. Emma is the younger and it was her first year she received blues (1st) in her events and Maranda the elder received blues in her events as well. They both did a great job!! We do have one more fair in Sept. But just Maranda will be showing.

I do hope to get back to my bears and paper piecings. I have been busy at work coloring some digi stamps when my students are busy. I hope to make them into card sets. I will show pics when I have them finished.

I have been stopping in here and there and reading your blogs. And looking at all your beautiful work!!

New Sunflower Dressed Tear Bear on Ebay

I have been a bad blogger for the last couple of weeks,,sorry!! :)

I am working close to 50 hours a week and just haven't had the time to do the extra's. I have had a few bears done for a while just no time to list them. I have how ever spent a little time keeping up with all my favorites, beautiful work all!!

I have also started to playing around with digital stamping and coloring them using my SU markers. I am going to be making a set of cards for our local fair and then give them as a gift.

Talk about fair that is coming up real soon and we will just be chasing our tails, well I will be. I am using some of Lisa's lambs to decorate the barn. I will post pics when it is all done.

Really working a lot of hours right now, love it but it does make one tired. When school starts up I will be back to normal hours.

I am working on a bear set that will have some digital stamp work included with it. It really is a lot of fun. I don't have any Copics yet but I do have my SU pens and they work but I hope I get some for my 40th B-day....lol... ;) I would also love to have a Big Kick Die cutting machine with some of the Nestabilities?? I think that is what they are called. Looking at all the cards have me drulling...lol.... I know I am not the only one.

My Sons Graduation Card

I found some time last week-end to get this invite made for his graduation/18th birthday celebration. Well it took me till this Sunday to complete them inside and out and get them addressed to go out tomorrow, whew it's done!!!

Isn't he just too handsome? His name is Keenan. I took the picture outside our back yard.

I was inspired by a sketch that I saw somewhere....lol...sorry I don't remember where. And as to the theme of the card, well Keenan likes that sort of thing. As well as he just finished a Real Mens course for the young men. The theme for that is swords and shields. So any how it is fitting for him. I hand drew out a pattern and then, cut out each one. I have a pazzles machine but I haven't figured out how to put my paper piecings into it????

I do have new bears and will get them out soon.

Oh, it feels like it has been to long since I posted my bears...I have been really busy at work and have made a few bears, but just didn't have the time to list them. I have even made my sons invitation cards for his graduation and 18th birthday celebration. I will show them later. ;)

I had to go and refigure my auctiva listing host as they have changed from free to a small fee every month...ugg!! It took me a while to get all the pictures I didn't need any more off, as you only get so much space to store.

Today is my day off and I have to work around the house and go grocery shopping, but I do hope to get to start a set of camping pages. I will share them when I get them done.

I have camping pics!!

I haven't posted anything in a week as I was camping then I forgot the camera in the 5th wheel...ugg! So I just retrieved it yesterday. I have also been working a lot of hours this last week, like 10 or more a day. I did however get a couple bears made and will be posting them soon.

Camping was a blast, except for the misquito's! If you didn't have bug gard on and have repelant burning you would get eaten alive. So I had to go and purchase a paper piecing from Lisa's Precious Piecings, and will be making a camping layout with them in it. But as you can see the place is beautiful. We camped just 10 miles from Leavenworth, Wa. The town is set in an old German town setting. And we did go to our favorite outdoor pub, Uncle Uli's, as I love dark german beer. They serve your dog water, as we had our pug with us. The mountains are just beautiful.

I have been researching the Copic Markers as of late and oh my gosh are they not too cool!! I have stamps, not a lot but a few and would like to find the time to make some cards. but I think that they are a must have. Would make a great 40th birthday present in Aug. I should hint....lol...

Well I am off today so I plan on yard work and then some scrappping later..... :)

We are going camping again...yeah!! We plan on going near Leavenworth Washington in the forest. It is very pretty there and I will be sure to take lots of pics to share. Leavenworth is one of my favorite places. It looks like an old German town.

I haven't added my pictures yet but I have a layout completed for myself...yeah!! I have years to do.....lol.... I have usd the same style bears that I offer for sale on Ebay. You are more than welcome to scraplift for personal use only.

A title has not been added, as I feel that not all pages require a title...simply put!! ;)

Jolee's were added to add that fun small stuff. Sometimes buying that small stuff is just better than making it. (smiles) The big beach ball on the left page that is tucked away is the journaling tag. It has small cherries scattered on it.

Paper Pieced Baby Pool With Tear Bear on Ebay

Good morning to all!!

I have designed a new pool and have it available on Ebay tonight. It will come with the sitting bear in her cute, orange tankini. I have also shown what the standing bear with the beach ball would or could look like together.

I love to make paper piecing patterens!! The pool measures 5.5 x 8.5 inches and was designed by me. I hope to have my paper piecing patterns available one day soon. I just have to figure out how to get my drawings into the program and make the files. If you have any information in this area please e-mail me.

Orange tankini with polka dots with a personal page idea

Okay, this little one will be out tonight and you could do one of those citrus layouts with her. Or I have given you an idea for personal use with my layout that is in progress. Nothing is glued or sewn yet so I can still play with it's arrangement, and add other goodies. I do like how it has lot's of movement to it. Also the big beach ball on the left is a pull out that will serve a journaling spot.

One of my goals when I create a page is to make sure that there is still some of that beautiful paper showing after I place my pictures. I often see great designer pages that look wonderful, but then I visually place pictures and all the beautiful papers are all covered up. So that is why my layouts are created the way they are. I also want to keep the eye's moving.

Super Cute Tankini Tear Bears on Ebay

I made a new set of tankini swimwear bears. I have them in two auctions to give the buyers more options. The standing bear is in one and the sitting bear with the umbrella and beach ball are in another auction. The cherry set is mine. (smiles)

This set has been a lot of fun. I am working on a whole layout that will have the theme of cherries. I love cherry fabric and buy just about any that I find. I just had to share. (smile)

Here is my new bear out tonight. I made her without bows in her hair and have put sandles on her, giving her a summer feel. One could do just about any theme with her.

My Tear Bear order is complete

This was fun and challenging all at the same time...lol...then my dear customer wrote me this morning and said to take my time....lol... I laugh because I thought I had to have to her by the 10th and I was in crazy mod last week getting them done.....lol...so when she wrote me I was just going on to write her and tell her that they are in the mail today.

But any how here they are she was going for the era of the 50's. This is representing a dear friend of hers and the family. There are mom and dad, and the children , various ages. There were also a few paper piecings I made to go with a few of them.

Anne, if you are reading this I hope they are everything you imagined. (smiles)

I just made my first lollipop flowers

Okay, I just had to share my new flowers that I just finished. I didn't even let the stickles dry.....lol... They are a lot of fun to make, but they are not the fastest flower to make. There are several steps to making them, and this is what makes them time consuming. These here are 3 inches ea.

Pug and Tortoise napping in the morning sunshine

I know this isn't scrapping, but it is a memory to be scraped. I just had to show you these two members of our family sharing this strip of sunshine coming in the bay window of the dining room. Sometime's though they fight over the spot....lol....the pug 9 (Pinky) barks at Flash (tortoise's name) as they fight for this strip.

Well I have been very busy with my custom order and have it almost done. I haven't been able to list reg. on Ebay but will soon. I think it is already slowing there for the summer, or maybe my recent bears are not of interest.....lol......who knows I just love making them.

Scrapbooking and Paper Piecing

Not a lot going on today, just the same ole hum drum of daily living. I am thinking about changing what I sell on ebay. My mind has been swimming with idea's as how to better utilize my blog with my creations. Here in the future I think I am going to be selling designer page kits and my bears as well as some of my own creations with textured cardstock.

Designer page kit's will have all the pieces cut for you and all you have to do is assemble it. These are great for taking to crops, or those who just don't have a lot of time, or love the thought of scrapbooing but just don't know where to begin. They will also make great gifts.

I will provide a picture to the buyer. Because not every person wants tear bears as cute as they can be, my page kits will not have the bears they will be an additional item that one could buy. As I did a survey with my friends at church and family, and they love my pages they just are not into the bears. So look to the future for these kits. And they won't be but maybe one a week as I am a very busy mom...lol.... :)

I am also going to start adding more of my paper pieicngs, so be on the look out for them. These above are a couple that I designed.

Camping at Steamboat Rock

We had a great time camping at Steamboat Rock. We were actually on Banks Lake and were in a canyon. There was a great view of the rock out in the water. We had an eagles nest near by that we got to watch. Great time with friends from church and great food. Yes, I went to my curves this morning so I could work off those smore's...lol....

I did get to do a lot of bear tearing, so I am ready to put together some more sweet bears for you as well as that special order..yes my fingers were sore....lol....

Blowing KIsses

I have this new bear for you to consider out on Ebay tonight. You are seeing her here first. I have also included 7 paper piecings that are made from Bazzill cardstock. You could use them together or not.

I am also very excited to be going camping this next week-end. As well as I just received a good sized custom order for bears. I will be working on them when we are camping. Yes, you heard me right I am taking it with me....lol...I just can't sit and do nothing for two days. I have a 5th wheel with one of those outside rooms that attach and it will be just the perfect place to work. This custom order is just the perfect thing to get me pushed into my boy line of bears too. As the order has several boys in it. I just have so much fun making the dresses, that I tend to forget to make the boys. Wish me luck!

New Bear with layout idea on Ebay

Yeah!! I have started( this LO is still in progress) a LO all for me.....I haven't been able to scrap for myself in some time. So I am excited about it. I have the bear with three multi layered flowers listed on Ebay, for you to consider. They will be out tonight. The LO is just an idea to show you how you could use my bears. The paper used is from, daisy d's "Sweet baby Jane Collection".

I will show it again when I have it all done.

Also I have been using for some time Zig 2 way glue for little detailed items. And today when I was using it I got flustrated with the pen getting goopy at the end. Well other times I have just thrown the whole thing away and opened a new one. Yes, even full ones. Well today I thought what if I took the tip out and ran it under hot water??? Yeah! it worked. So learn from me on this you can clean the end of those two way glues.
